Security is fundamental to how we build Wizd. Your data, your clients' data, and your AI configuration are handled with care at every level.

Data encryption

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.

Access controls

Access to customer data within our team is restricted on a need-to-know basis. We use role-based access controls and require multi-factor authentication for all internal systems.

AI training data isolation

The message samples and communication data you share to train your AI are stored in isolation and are never accessible to other customers. Your AI configuration is unique to your account and cannot be shared or exported without your consent.

Third-party integrations

When you connect Wizd to platforms like Instagram or WhatsApp, we use official APIs and OAuth flows. We do not store your platform passwords. Access tokens are encrypted and can be revoked at any time.

Infrastructure

Wizd is hosted on secure, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with automatic backups, DDoS protection, and uptime monitoring. We conduct regular security reviews of our systems and dependencies.

Responsible disclosure

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to us at security@wizd.ai. We take all reports seriously and commit to investigating and responding within 48 hours.
